Return & Refund Policy – Nature Coast Apothecary

At Nature Coast Apothecary, your satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the personal care nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In accordance with Florida Statute 501.142, our no-refunds/no-exchanges policy for bath, body, and skincare products is clearly posted at checkout and on this page. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by law.
No Returns or Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on our bath and body products due to hygiene and safety laws, and as permitted by Florida statutory requirements.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days at naturecoastapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund as appropriate under Florida law.
Non-Returnable Items
- All bath and body products (soaps, lotions, oils, butters, etc.)
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds (if applicable)
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process.
