  • Payment is due at order; prices, availability, and policies are subject to change.

  • Sales are final as described in our Refund Policy, with exceptions only as required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for carrier delays, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk and title pass to you upon handoff to carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

  • In accordance with Florida Statute 501.142, our "no refunds, no exchanges" policy for personal care products is clearly posted, with exceptions for damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Citrus County, Florida.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, as allowed by law.
