Shipping Policy – Nature Coast Apothecary

Shipping Days
To protect the freshness and quality of our handcrafted bath and body products, we ship all orders Monday through Wednesday only. This ensures your items are not left in transit over weekends or exposed to excessive heat or weather extremes. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand or holiday periods, please allow for additional processing time. We will notify you by email if any delay occurs.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with tracking included on all shipments. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Warm Weather & Perishables
Some products—such as body butters, balms, or items containing oils—may be sensitive to heat and can melt during hot weather. We highly recommend tracking your shipment and bringing it indoors promptly upon delivery. Nature Coast Apothecary is not responsible for melting or damage due to exposure after delivery.

Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship within the Continental U.S. If you are outside this area, please contact us at mrcunningham7@verizon.net to discuss possible accommodations.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or returned items due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days so we may assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement, as appropriate. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
